Walker Audiology is an independent family run business; it is not tied to particular manufacturers of hearing aids (or other related equipment) and will always provide advice and products that are tailored to your needs following extensive assessments and discussions.
Neil Walker is the Audiologist; he trained as a Teacher of the Deaf and Audiologist at Manchester University. He then completed a Masters Degree in Psychology (Learning Disabilities) at Keele University. Until recently he was Head of Service for Hearing & Visually Impaired Children in Stoke-on-Trent.
Neil brings over 30 years experience in assessing hearing and providing suitable hearing aids for children and adults. He has been a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser for 20 years and is therefore qualified to assess hearing and sell hearing aids to the public.
All Hearing Aid Dispensers are required to be registered with the Health Professionals Council Hearing (hpc) and are subject to their Code of Practice.
